Meetings

Q: When and where are HOA meetings held? A: HOA monthly board meetings are typically held on the 3rd Wednesday of the month. Meetings are held at 7pm at Sugar Sands Park in Boca Raton, FL.

Payments and Fees

Q: How do I pay my HOA dues? A: The monthly HOA assessment can be paid by contacting Hawkeye Property Management at https://hawkeyefla.com

Q: What do my HOA dues cover? A: HOA dues cover the maintenance of common areas, landscaping, security, community events, and administrative costs. A detailed breakdown of how dues are allocated can be found in our annual budget, available to home owners on the Documents page.
