About L’Ambiance HOA of Via Verde

Welcome to L’Ambiance of Via Verde, a vibrant and thriving community located in Boca Raton. Our homeowners’ association (HOA) is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for all residents by maintaining our beautiful neighborhood, fostering a sense of community, and ensuring that our shared amenities and common areas are well-kept and enjoyable for everyone.

L‘Ambiance is a 12.5 acre property with 140 townhouse homes. The property has a perimeter wall running along Verde Trail and Verde Trail South. The property is bordered to the south by the Gulf Stream canal. The community includes 2 pools with surrounding hedges and a tennis court.

Our Mission

Our mission at L’Ambiance HOA of Via Verde is to:

Maintain Property Values: Ensure that our community remains an attractive and desirable place to live by enforcing community standards and maintaining common areas.
Foster Community Spirit: Promote a sense of belonging and camaraderie among residents through community events, activities, and open communication.
Provide Excellent Services: Manage the community’s resources efficiently to provide high-quality services and amenities for all residents.

Our Vision

We envision L’Ambiance of Via Verde as a welcoming and well-maintained community where residents feel connected, safe, and proud to call home. Our goal is to create a harmonious environment that enhances the quality of life for all who live here.

Board of Directors

Our HOA is governed by a dedicated Board of Directors, elected by the community members. The Board is responsible for making decisions on behalf of the community, managing the HOA’s budget, and ensuring that the community’s rules and regulations are upheld. Meet our Board members:

Community Amenities

L’Ambiance of Via Verde offers a variety of amenities for residents to enjoy, including:

Swimming Pool: East and West pools that offers a refreshing place to relax and swim
Sports Courts: Courts for tennis, pickle ball and a basketball hoop.
